Service Description

A deeper, unhurried 75-minute session for clients ready for sustained nervous-system recovery work. The extended version, for when a quick reset won't cut it. Deep, breath-paced movement combined with guided restoration work, fully personalized to whatever you walked in carrying. Expect to leave slower than you came in that's the point.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To honor the time and energy reserved for each client, Serenity Flow Movement requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged the applicable fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time dedicated to your wellness experience.
