A focused, personalized 60-minute session for anyone ready to move from reaction to response. This is your starting point we move slowly through breath-led sequencing built to find where you're actually holding tension, then give you tools to loosen it. Expect a quiet, unrushed pace, not just a stretch-and-go class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To honor the time and energy reserved for each client, Serenity Flow Movement requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged the applicable fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time dedicated to your wellness experience.
