Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To honor the time and energy reserved for each client, Serenity Flow Movement requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged the applicable fee.
