6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Private sessions, classes, and appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Refunds vary depending on the circumstances, including the reason for the cancellation, whether the cancellation was initiated by Serenity Flow Movement or the client, the type of service purchased, and the timing of the cancellation request.

No-shows may be charged in full.

Special events, workshops, retreats, pop-up experiences, corporate wellness sessions, private group bookings, and limited-capacity programs may have separate cancellation and refund terms. Any separate terms provided at the time of booking will apply.

Serenity Flow Movement reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any class, event, program, or service due to low enrollment, instructor availability, illness, emergency, weather, technical issues, venue changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Serenity Flow Movement cancels an offering, we may provide a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled date at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Memberships and Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize Serenity Flow Movement or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the membership or subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling your membership or subscription according to the instructions provided at purchase. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Memberships and subscription fees are non-refundable. Fees already charged will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Serenity Flow Movement reserves the right to change membership benefits, pricing, access, or terms with reasonable notice.

8. Digital Products and Online Content

Digital products, online courses, video libraries, downloads, recordings, templates, workbooks, guides, and other digital materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
